Become our customer

Do you want to charge your electric car in the ČEZ Group charging stations network? Become our Customer. To conclude the emobility service contract you can either come to one of our Customer centres or apply online.

1. Customer Centre

You can become our customer at one of the below mentioned Customer centres, where we will help you to complete all the necessary documents. You will get chip card immediately.

2. Apply online

1) Fill out the contract.

2) Print out the filled contract, sign and send it to our email address elektromobilita {zavináč} cez {tečka} cz.

3) As soon as we receive the contract, you will get the chip card according to the way you have selected in the contract. In case you have chosen sending the chip card by post, please be aware it can take up to 10 working days.

4) Once you receive the chip card, it is already active and therefore you can start charging at any public charging station of the ČEZ Group. You will receive your invoice every 6 months.

3. Pay as you go

In case the monthly flat fee (unlimited charging) is not convenient for you, you can pay per minute of charging using the mobile application – “Polyfazer Direct “.

A short manual is available on each charging station as well as in the application.

Instructions

1.  Install the Polyfazer Direct application to your smartphone by reading the QR code on the charging station.

2. Run the applictaion and choose "Charge".

3. Follow the instruction on the screen.
