How to became a customer

Do you want to charge your electric car in the ČEZ Group’s network of charging stations? Become our customer. Visit one of the following Customer centers, fill in the relevant contract online, or simply come to a charging station and charge using a mobile app.

You can become our customer at selected Customer centers, where we’ll be happy to help you fill in all the required documents. You can then take the charging chip with you right when you leave.

1) Fill in the data required for the contract.

2) Print the completed contract, sign it, and send it to the e-mail



3) Once we receive your contract, you’ll get your chip via the method you specified in the contract. If you choose delivery by mail, please note that the delivery may take up to 10 business days.

4) The chip will already be active when you receive it, meaning that you can start charging at any of the public charging stations of the ČEZ Group. Billing is carried out based on the valid price list every 6 months.

Aside from fixed-rate payments for a certain time period, it is also possible to pay for each charging session separately using The Polyfazer Direct App. A brief and clear manual for direct payments is provided to electric car owners via the app and also in the physical manual located at each charging station.
