Technology of charging stations
Types of charging stations in the CEZ network
Fast charging
Fast-charging stations are equipped with DC connectors supporting the CHAdeMO and CCS charging standards, which allow for a charging output of up to 50 kW. AC charging with standard Mennekes connectors (power sockets) are also available; these support a charging output of up to 22 kW.
Charging via the DC output will charge the accumulator of a standard electric vehicle up to 80% capacity in 20 to 30 minutes. Charging via an AC socket is slower and takes 1-3 hours.
Payment for used energy: Aside from fixed-rate payments for a certain time period, it is also possible to pay for each charging session separately – using the FUTUR/E/GO mobile app on Android or on iOS.
A brief and clear manual for direct payments is provided to electric car owners via the app and also in the physical manual located at each charging station

The construction of 108 public fast-charging stations in the CEZ Electro-mobility network was supported from the CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) funding instrument of the European Commission, under the Transport section.
Reporting of defects of fast-charging ABB stations via cz-chargers@abb.com Please specify: the time and place of the defect, type of vehicle and a direct contact to the user. Thank you in advance for helping us improve the quality of the CEZ charging network!
